If you like to exercise, or move around a lot, don’t buy these. Ordinarily, I really enjoy Skullcandy earbuds. The last Bluetooth Ink’d Wireless Park I bought lasted me almost two years. This time, however, the story is a little different. First, I must say that I had zero issue with the sound quality. They’ve nailed the sound for the price they offer, which to me is fantastic. I have had these headphones for a little over a month. In that time, I expected a little bit of wear, as you should with new products. However, the metal band that form-fits the headphones to your neck managed to pop out on mine. It sits on the bottom of the unit, too, so it’s very obvious when it breaks. I tried everything in my power to put it back in, but it just wouldn’t stay. The band began to scratch and irritate my neck, so I had to stop wearing them. I wear these headphones at work, and I am on my feet all day. What’s worse, they broke just after the allotted time to return them for a refund, which is very convenient. If these headphones are designed for use by sportsmen, where they’re constantly in vigorous motion, why do they break so easily? Why couldn’t they have been designed like the Ink’d Wireless, and just keep the band tucked inside the product? That would avoid the issue altogether.
