Terrible product

I returned them to Best Buy and got another. These too died just as quickly. I contacted Skullcandy support and they told me things to try. Nothing worked, so I took them back too. Got a different Skullcandy model. Same problem. Returned them and got something by Sony. They still work fine. Best Buy was great. This product was not.

Poor Sound and Construction

Shortly thereafter, the left ear sound began to fade. Of course this all happened after the return period, so we're stuck with expensive plastic that will probably end up in the ocean. On a positive note, the Skull Candy customer service was great when we called for pairing assistance.

Skullcandy Design Issue

It doesnt pair up with iphone, have issues while rewinding and forwarding the video, couldnt stop the call and many more. I did write a detailed mail to Skull candy but it didnt help. Finally returned the product and also lost the opportunity to buy other items during the sale.
