I would always get complaints about how loud the background noise was even if it wasn’t loud. It like it would amplify the background noise instead of my voice. Final straw was a shortage in the ear buds.

Disappointed

However, the real issue is that these stopped charging after a month. I have contacted Skull Candy and I am in the process of shipping them to see what can be done. I wouldn't buy. Spend more money and get wireless Beats or Bose.

Product stopped working

Attempted several ways to fix it but no luck. Super disappointed because they were great at first.

I made a call to someone who said there was excessive noise in the line, even though I couldn't hear the background noise. I returned the item once I was aware of the noisy background.

Product not working

Skullcandy, doesnt even bother to test its product. I have not received the invoice from BestBuy to proceed with my replacement.

Still works if plugged in to AC, but kind of defeats purpose of wireless headphones. These didn't even last a month. Maybe I overcharged them ? Either way I'm out 60 bucks.

Dangerous!

Thankfully my daughter saw the smoke before we left the house. Not certain if they would have caught fire if we had not unplugged them and put them in a safe cool down location.

Spend more on a different brand. My family has Sony wireless buds that are going on a couple of years without any issues, I will not bother buying Skullcandy brand again.

Not worth it

My neck is not that big and it feels like it should be in the children’s section.
