Love it Great Sound overall, Very Clear and Crisp Would definitely reccomend to my friends and family.

It works ok nothing special but decent for the price

I really like a name that exemplifies truth in advertising and this is one of the few I have come across. My skull is so happy because the form factor is very light and comfortable. They come with a variety of adapters for various ear canal sizes. I am a little sensitive with stuff in my ear and these are light weight and fit very nicely allowing me to wear them for hours. The sound is exceptional too. I have several pieces of music I use to test out new earbuds and headphones and these passed with flying colors. The bass was a little light but from rock to classical the sound was clean and very enjoyable. I also like the case which doubles as a recharging station. The input is USBC which always is a plus. It comes with a short low profile USBA-USBC pigtail which could be handy to tuck away in your travel bag or the like as I already have cables in my car etc for charging. It is just a nice touch for the case to accept a standard USBC cord eliminating the need for yet another cable to make the thing work. The case fits in the hand nicely with a lip to indicate where it opens. The LED indicator shows if it is charging the buds or if it is being charged its self. The controls on the buds are easy to use and along with the comfort factor make this a great value for the money.

Constantly loses connection to my device despite close proximity and eventually disconnects itself.

I've been a Skullcandy fan for a few years now. After getting these I have been able to do both school and personal work of my laptop without haven't to disconnect and reconnect my headset from my phone. This has been a game changer.

THESE… are the Skullcandy ‘Mod True Wireless Earbuds’ and they are Skullcandys answer to the wireless earbuds trend. Case - The case is made out of lightweight plastic with a smooth feel, I worry slightly about the durability of this case slightly, however, the case is very lightweight. The lid to the case hinges up without resistance and can easily be flicked back to place. The black finish looks super sleek and the earphones sit easily into their housing once you figure out how to do it. Battery Life - The battery life on these Skullcandys is quite good and last in the 3-4 days range and around 30 hours of use. I was never worried about my earphones going dead after the first charge and I found that I could go almost all day without having to put the earphones back in their charging case. Fit/Feel - The Skullcandy earphones come with several different-sized gummies for the earbud to conform to your ear regardless of size. The headphones are easy to interact with as well, with taps on each earbud correlating to different actions, you need almost no interaction with your phone once you learn them! The earbuds are slightly chunky and not as clean looking as some other options, but not terrible on the eyes. The black coating easily hides the earbud and doesn't show dirt or wear bad at all. Sound - What we are allll here for, these earbuds pack a punch! Certainly not AirPods pro level - but also not at the same price. I say these certainly compete with AirPods and other $100 earphones and sound way better than a cheaper knockoff from online retailers or Raycon. The sound can be adjusted quite easily through the app included by Skullcandy. They pack enough bass to listen to EDM and aren’t any one sound more than the other (aka bass heavy). While these aren’t noise canceling, it is quite easy to drown out outside noise due to the volume capability from the earbuds and the good seal due to the highly variable ear tip gummies. Conclusion - These headphones sit in a prime spot, as they are better than more expensive earphones, worth it over knockoffs, and those similarly priced are steps behind in comfort and sound quality. I think that, while these Skullcandys are a little chunky looking, and the case could feel more “quality” - they execute what they are supposed to do, sounding good and feeling comfortable, and do it quite well. At the $55 price, these are simply a no-brainer for headphones you can use for anything while sounding great. They also come with the benefit that should you lose one, they are cheap enough that it doesn’t ruin your day. I wouldn’t recommend any other headphones over these at this price range and is yet another hit by Skullcandy in their quest to take back the earbud market. As always, BestBuy has excellent customer service and a great return policy, so you never have to worry about buying a product that you don’t like.

they work theyre just too big for my ears. which is pretty common problem for me but still sad

Horrible! Purchased these in February it now May and the right side stopped working. I took the back to Best Buy and said they can’t do anything about it it’s out of the 15 days. I have always purchased skull candy, after this I won’t!

I have always loved skullcandy, before this new model (Mod) I had sesh evo. I do not like that it doesn't fit comfortable like the sesh and the sound seems like it's on high treble and not balanced with the bass. Will not purchase again. Looking for another sesh. Good head phone work good they just dont feel good in my ears

The Skullcandy earbuds are an overall great product, while the sound isn't the greatest, it is customizable and everything else is just great overall. These aren't the best of the best by any means but for a budget pair of earbuds they fit well, pair consistently, have a great range, and the battery lasts for a super long time, which is just great at this price point. You would be hard pressed to find a better pair of earbuds at such a great value. I have used these in place of an older pair of fruit branded earbuds that I have had for years and the Skullcandy earbuds seem to pair more easily and quickly than my other earbuds and they fit better in my ear making it a much more comfortable experience. Like I've said the sound isn't as great as some other options, but these also don't cost an arm and a leg, and many of the other features have worked better on these than alternatives that I have tried. The battery life has been great with several hours of use and relatively quick charging, I typically use one earbud at a time while charging the other which extends my use of them throughout the workday. I've been really happy with these earbuds and I plan on continuing to use them for work as they are really comfortable and last such a long time.

Unboxing the case didn’t have a expensive feel, at this price point its expected. This is my second pair of Skullcandy earbuds, I like the brand because the sound quality is pretty good for what its being used for, such as working out and anything that requires sweating or working outside. Like all Bluetooth electronics the pairing was very easy and simple, the buds charged so I was able to try them out immediately. The fit was pretty good out of the box without any adjustments needed to the ear pad. I tested them out for a couple of weeks now for working out and meetings. Voice quality is solid and clear during my meetings. Working out they stayed in the ears without falling out, the music quality was pretty good, clear and vibrant sounding, the bass was nice and balanced even at high volume. The earbuds were easy to clean after a workout and never sounded muffled. The battery life outlasts my more expensive earbuds which is why I think these are great pair even though they don’t have noise cancelling the snug fit does help keep some of the environmental noise out. Overall, if you are looking for a great sounding earbud to use for work and play this is a great one at a very reasonable price point.

Work good but case opens super easy and they fall out……

These are very capable ear buds. Not a lot of bass but the over-all treble and midrange frequencies are adequate enough for your music to be heard clearly. Build quality is exactly what you would expect from a mid-tier Bluetooth ear bud offering; they're sturdy and I don't see them breaking anytime soon. The Bluetooth connection to my iPhone is quite good. The range is a lot better than expected. I can stay on a phone call while walking out of my office and down the hallway of my office building and nearly out the door. That's about 100 feet or so, very good range. The battery life is really good as well in my testing. I can get a full day at work after using these heavily for support calls, music, and video. Pairing these ear buds is very easy and they connected flawlessly to my Mac, Windows, Android, and IOS devices with no issues on any platform. USB C charging is always nice to see as that has become a major component in my purchasing decision when it comes to adding new tech. If you're looking for a great set of ear buds that have good sound quality and will last you all day and then some then I think you will enjoy these.

The Skullcandy Mod Pocket-sized earbuds come with a small plastic case. I downloaded the app but had quite a time getting it to connect to my iPhone. The app is very limited in helping you to figure anything out, The USB cord for charging is very short and frankly I think this is pathetic. By the time I got the case plugged in, the earbuds had fallen out of the case. My USB outlets are in a surge protector tower so the short cord is not a good feature and speaks to the cheapness of the product. I also couldn’t figure out how to turn them off and on or to adjust the volume and needed to goggle this and apparently you press them in certain ways. Once I got them connected to my music, I was happy with the sound and I enjoy using them. The earbuds fit well and come with additional size covers for larger or small ear canals. Some people complain about the poor base but I thought the sound was good but maybe my type of music is different than others. The battery life if very good. I think these would be a good low cost item for kids or people that didn’t want super expensive buds.

The Skullcandy Mod True Wireless Earbuds come packed with features usually not found at this affordable price point. You can customize the app buttons, use preset as well as custom equalizer settings, connect to 2 audio sources and switch between them quickly and use with one earbud or both. The earbuds are rated to last 7 hours on their internal batteries and 27 more hours through the compact charging case for a rated total of 34 hours. I haven't had an occasion to use them for more than 2 hours continuously and the app showed the earbuds still having almost 90% of the charge. The earbuds are rated IP55 dust and water resistant. I found the preset music EQ setting missing something but was able to switch to the custom EQ setting and make adjustments that made the earbuds sound perfect to me. I only have tried the stay aware mode twice briefly. I wasn't really comfortable that I could hear enough of what was going on around me and ended up both times I wanted to use it removing one earbud so that I had one ear open to the surroundings and one for music. I intend to try the stay aware mode again in a private controlled environment instead of in public and perhaps I can become more comfortable using this function in public. Many earbuds and headphones will not reach the maximum volume that I want. I've never been sure whether I should blame the safety features of my phone or the earbuds. These earbuds reached an acceptable level without maxing out the volume every time. I'm impressed with these earbuds. They have the features and sound quality of earbuds costing four times their price. If I could change one thing, I would ask for extra small ear gels.
