Defect Product

Buyer Beware!

The earbuds would not charge. The second pair worked just a while longer, but eventually died the same death. Before becoming completely useless, the right earbud would die within one minute of use after charging to 100%. This is a horrible product. Best Buy is aware of how unreliable the item is and continues to sell them.

Defective out of the box

Skulll Candy ear buds not sports.

Voice Control doesn't stay on
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried 2 pair of these earbuds and while walking in our quiet neighborhood listening to Spotify the voice control automatically turns off anywhere from 5 - 10 minutes. This is very frustrating; I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Don't know if it is me, the earbuds or the app. I have chatted with a rep did what they said, and sent trouble form and have not heard back.

And seeing these and the reviews I thought these would be hard hitting. First issue is the fit, too heavy, the buttons should be place on top of the buds. The sound had me underwhelmed. I put them back in the box and returned them.
