ABSOLUTELY CRAP!!!

Then wouldn't stay charged very long maybe 3hrs AT BEST!! Wouldn't stay connected!! And The BIGGEST PROBLEM... after the first week anytime i user them on a call that they can't hear me or that I sound grabbled or they hear an echo... or usually all the above happens!!! ABSOLUTELY CRAP!!!! DOUBT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS Inferior product!!!!

Stay Away from Skullcandy Products

This product was bad and their customer service was even worse. These headphones had connectivity issues after one month, the company sent me a new pair and those too had issues after a month. They make bad products and they stick you with it. I would've taken it back to BB but after 30 you have to deal with the manufacturer.

She was using them on her day off, just doing her thing. I thought she was ignoring me entirely. Turns out I couldn't hear her listening to music, and the now sr cancelation works almost too good.

Malfunctioned in 5 months

BUT the right earbud now sounds noticeably more quiet than the left earbud at all volume levels. I tried the troubleshooting tips on the Skullcandy website with no luck. They do have a 1 year warranty…but they ask you ship them the headphones before they even consider replacing them; poor system design leading to a negative customer experience, in my opinion, as I will have to purchase a new pair so I don’t go without while they assess. And you bet it’s not going to be Skullcandy brand.

Did not live up to expectations

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Other than lacking a little in bass response, they worked good for the first two to three months, but then the left ear bud became noticeably quieter than the right and sometimes does not play at all unless I tap on it. I am still going two starts because they did manage to connect to each other & my phone better than any other brand I tried. These now live in their case in the drawer; I switched back to a cheaper pair that has the earbuds connected to a piece that lays around the neck.
