Pulled them out and left ear bud will not charge

I just pulled them out and received them as a Christmas gift. The left ear piece does not charge and they will not sync. The biggest joke of all is that I never used them and now Best Buy website says I cannot return them. DO NOT BUY THESE! WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!

They were ok but not for the price!
