Good charge capacity, but poor sound isolation

They have a one size fits most ear canal shape that just doesn't fit good for me. The sound isolation is very poor, for instance im a detailer and its hard to hear when vacuuming. The case is nice and has good charge capability. Fine for the average user, but not for someone who plans to use while working.

Not easy to adjust to hold on the ear. Also, the earpieces do not sit well in the charger. Therefore, these may not be fully charged - or charged at all. I returned these about a week after purchase. The earpieces lost charge after sitting 1-2 days. Very frustrating.

Both would pair separately to my phone. So then only one bud would work at a time. Then the charging box was ridiculous! I had to keep fidgeting with it to get both to charge. I took them back and bought a better brand for not much more money.

Great idea, but not so great execution.

These didn't sound real great, nor kept their connection well and button placement is a little less than to be desired. every time I would adjust the volume they would move and even fall off. Problematic

Within two weeks of buying them, they disconnected from my audio device during my run. That was the last straw for me. The other annoyance was having them turn on and connect to my phone while they were still in the case. I tried so many things to stop this from happening. I ended up returning them to the store.
