Love them!! Stays in your ears and and has great sound

You get what you pay for. Lost the charging capabilities on my Samsung ear buds. Needed a backup ear bud. I settled on rhes due to the respectable reviews and the sale price. Let's see. First issue, no app support. Second, consistent issues with soind when talking yo someone. Music sound is loud enough and the sound quality is acceptable. But, having to switch to the Samsung buds for conversation is a disappointment. I would not buy again!

The batery its great, the microphone works exellent. The Sound for music its not to loud. And like almost all the earbuds theyre a little uncomfortable.

Earbud case doesn't recharge earphones. disappointing, battery last nine hours then have to replug them to the wall. like the blue color on them though.

You're better off spending the extra $20+ on the other skull candy wireless ear bud products as the charge is better and the overall listening experience is better

Gave to granddaughter for Christmas. She said they work great but do not stay in her ears when she exercises. She had AirPods but they went through the washer twice- too expensive until she is older

I did not expect it to be of poor quality to this extent, even when not using it. It works. I do not hear a whip on my phone. I hear a little whip if the speaker works even if I don’t put it in my ear.

I purchased these and used them very seldom. I was pleased that charge on case seemed to last. Everything was working until I plugged them in to charge. No charging lights came on. When I attempted to reach out to skullcandy to troubleshoot the issue, I am unable to speak with anyone. Keeps telling me to visit contact.skullcandy.com. This is site I'm already on. Claims live chat available from 8am-5pm, but I'm unable to access a representative. I would give this product zero stars for customer service/support if I could. Will have to choose another company that is willing to offer help with troubleshooting issues going forward. Very disappointing because My earbuds lights still come on. Reason I would NOT recommends is lack of customer service/support!
