Okay quality, but leaves something to be desired

They do not always keep connection. I had to replace the first pair (through SkullCandy), and my second pair has issues staying connected. When they work, the sound is good and the distance is good, but too iffy.

Controls are not easy to operate. Built in Tile function often doesn't work. You can be standing right in front of the Bud and it is not detected. Charging is unreliable. You can have the Buds in the case and for some reason, they don't charge. You go to use them the next day and find they have less than 10% battery, even though the case is fully charged.
