Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i had these for a few months, and within those few months one earbud stopped charging unless it was in a very specific spot. no matter how much i cleaned it or tried to get whatever gunk might be in there out, it was still finnecky. it wasnt worth having to make sure it stayed in that spot without getting jiggled or jostled

My only issue is getting them to connect to the right Bluetooth device. If more than one is present (my phone and my iPad) they almost always choose the wrong one.

I have bought this brand twice, and this has happened both times. Recently, the earbud that actually made noise stopped connecting to my phone, while the broken one did. It makes clean sounding noise, but it's pretty useless if it doesn't work or connect.
