First, these were a pain to pair with my Galaxy S20 FE. I downloaded the SkullCandy app, which I found out I didn't need. This caused only the left bud to pair with my phone. When I deleted the app, I managed to get both paired. Second, the right earbud would not hold a charge more than 10 minutes. I fully charged the cased, then kept the right bud in overnight, and still only 10 minutes for the right. Instead of taking these back to Best Buy, I sent them for warranty repair to Skull Candy. Big mistake! It took about a month for them to get a new pair to me, which put it past the return window to get my money back from Best Buy. Why would I need to return these now? Third, the new pair Skull Candy sent will not stay paired with my phone. I lose connection when I have my phone in my pocket, which is only about 4 feet from the buds. This means that I have to hold my phone in my hand to keep these connected, which totally defeats the purpose of having wireless ear buds. I may try to return the second pair, but I'm thinking I may cut my losses and move to a different brand.

Maybe my ears are too small, but they don’t stay in. Push buttons..meh. Nice sound though and pretty durable (they’ve dropped to the ground so many times and still works fine).

I’ve tried several pairs of true wireless earbuds and these are the best. Great sound quality and superb construction.

Got this as a gift for someone else. The value and sound are good. It's small enough to fit in your pocket and keep with you everywhere you go. They are comfortable in your ears.

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. The sound quality is great and my daughter is very happy with them.

These are cute and all, but they didnt stay secure in my ears. The sound is decent and clear. They are not bad for the sale price. They connected really well to bluetooth.

I purchased these as a gift for my son for Christmas during a Black Friday Thanksgiving sale. My son has provided me little feedback on the unit. I have observed him wearing them when exercising and he mentioned that only one of the ear buds actually is working. I asked him why he didn't provide me feedback sooner so we could return them. My son was also evasive on what type of troubleshooting he had done to determine why the ear bud was not working. He has also not provided anything useful or constructive on the charging unit. Based on his description of one unit not working, I am marking this down 2 stars.

Sound quality is great, however the microphone on the earbuds basically suck. When on the phone, the other party always had trouble hearing me.

These headphones are nothing but trouble. The buds themselves only connect to the charging case about 60% of the time and the case will eventually stop working altogether. It won’t charge at all. I’ve had them for 1 year and 5 months and I do not recommend these to anyone.

Great product. I highly recommend these. Long battery life and cheaper than apple products.

Worked good for my niece. Color helps her find them when she loose them. She lost the black pair a few times.

Item was everything it was advertised to be. The only problem I had was that no matter which ear bud I used, they fell out of my ears. I have very small ear canals so I'm thinking the problem is with my ears, not the product itself.

I wrote a glowing review for these last week. This week, not so much. The buds were sitting in its fully charged case over night. This morning at work, the buds alerted that the power was low and they shut off. This tells me that the buds are no longer being charged in its case. This is reminiscent of the Skull Candy 50/50 wired earphones from back in the day. They only lasted about a month and then one bud would die. I have to return and try something else. Too bad, sound quality was pretty good for 30 bucks.

I only used it once while using our riding lawn mower. Sound would cut out once in a while. But it is a nice convenient set of ear buds without breaking the bank. I will try again when I go walking. Hopefully it wont be an issue.
