Finally a set that works!

These go in snug have a great fit. I use them to work out in and they stay in place. The music sound is full and rich. I’ve used this brand in wired headphones and the sound is always great. I expected a bit less in sound quality but I was wrong, they sound great!!

Warranty process sucks

The case still showed a full charge so I assumed the earbuds would be charged still...I go to use them and immediately tells me low battery and they die. I emailed support and they told me to reset it all. Still no good. So I make a warranty claim...not only do you have to send them the product first...YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING! They don't even send you a prepaid postage stamp to print out or anything. Do you know how irritating that is when you're already dealing with a malfunctioning product within one month of ownership?! Would never recommend solely for the fact that if you have a claim, you're going to pay for it.
