The volume has decreased. This product is fine to use, but not for those who are active and always working. It seems that the earbuds are kind of fragile.

Amazing wireless earbuds

My airpods stopped pairing and I would always have to pair them over and over again manually. I saw these earbuds at the store and wanted to try them out since they were on sale. These are theeeeeee best noise cancelling buds ever! Not to mention if I am on the phone for work or personal reasons, the sound is clear and the person I am talking to can hear me really well. Excellent quality overall!!!! Highly recommend.

Great earbuds

These are a great option if you want to try out earbuds for the first time. They also do a really great job of staying in your ears and not falling out.
