Too big

Also the smallest rubber fittings are still too big for my ear canals. Maybe because I had tubes in my ears as a kid so the canal is smaller and scarred? Anyways, I actually got a run sore in one ear from trying to make them work.

However, since the initial charge I cannot get the headphones to charge fully. I have looked at numerous help guides online and nothing helps. Whether the case is fully charged, or the headphones are charging will plugged in, the headphones won’t get more than 30 minutes of battery. Unfortunately I missed the return window by a few days. This was a waste of $50, buy a different brand.

The sound quality is great, although I might say I am not a music aficionado, they are clear and crisp. I love that I can charge them in the case, that is the case charges are you buds so they do not need to be plugged into the wall to charge. You can charge them in the car, on the go, even in your pocket, as long as they’re in the case. They can be used one at a time and charged one at a time if you want.

Battery life is kinda short but that was advertised and makes the lower price possible. Can listen to one at a time while other is charging.

They were great at first but then stopped working. Case no longer lit up when charging so I wasn't sure if they were charging. They also were not comfortable in my ears after an hour or so of wear.

It will state "connected" but that will only last maybe a minute. The right earbud also will not charge to 100%. I got these for Christmas, used them a lot. But by February time frame I set them to the side and forgot about them, went back to my wireless headphones. Every now and then I charge them up just hoping they will work correctly. The sound is good for the price, a little heavy (weight) in the ear. If you are looking for a cheaper wireless earbud, I would say give them a shot. BUY THE 2 YEAR GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION!!!!
