Instructions are simple enough. Cons-Uncomfortable in eat when lying down on your side. When on call, the other person on the line does not hear you so well.

Wont charge unless box is open

I had an older pair that works fine but got these to upgrade to usb c and they don't charge =/

Doesn’t hold charge

As far as quality and function these are fine but the problem is with the charging / batteries . I had for about 2 weeks and I can honestly say I’ve had 2 good days where ear buds lasted 4-5 hours . Now how and why after charging overnight one ear bud will indicate battery low after 10 minutes despite my iPhone indicating full battery . I consider myself tech savvy so I know I’m charging these correctly . Red lights turn off while in case charging which would indicate its full only to power off 10 min later due to batter low . This is Not worth it all and I got these on sale . Shouldn’t even sell these to be honest seems like a rip off.

Priced right at $25...they don’t quite hold a charge for 3 hours of constant use but keep the charge case handy and much better than paying more for the same thing!
