Not happy with size options

They just fall out every time I use them, and I’ve switched over to the smallest inserts.

Garbage

I am on my third pair and now that I am past my best buy return date skullcandy wants me to send them in on my dime and "hope" they will replace them. They don't stay turned off when I put them in the case, the case doesn't keep them charged, the right earbud only charges when it wants to and the charging case only charges when it wants to. I would stay away and spend the extra money on a quality pair!

Lost the charging capabilities on my Samsung ear buds. Needed a backup ear bud. I settled on rhes due to the respectable reviews and the sale price. Let's see. First issue, no app support. Second, consistent issues with soind when talking yo someone. Music sound is loud enough and the sound quality is acceptable. But, having to switch to the Samsung buds for conversation is a disappointment. I would not buy again!

That being said this is an excellent value for wireless earbuds compared to it's much more expensive competition.
