    These have been great for the price. They really helped me to Focus while working in a quiet environment or to keep me moving and grooving while mowing the lawn. I really appreciated the differing sizes of rubber inserts as I have somewhat small ears and the ones that are initially on would not fit at first. easy adjustment for a snug fit.
