Hard to connect

Great earbuds!

The sound is great whether it's a Zoom meeting or listening to music. The earbuds (either one or both) turn on and pair quickly. Switching devices is easy. The carrying case/charger is nicely designed with magnetic connections for the earbuds and the lid. Overall I am very pleased.

Just AWFUL. Do not waste your money!!

I used them maybe 5 times, only one lights up when placed in the case (directions say they both should be lit) and when I went to charge them, it wouldn’t charge. Tried multiple chargers thinking maybe it was the charger or the outlet, nothing worked. Looked it up online only to find out this is a common problem with these. Definitely do NOT recommend.
