She loves everything bout them. She has made use of them almost everyday. Made with high quality materials and sound is excellent. She couldnt believe we stayed within our $20 gift limit this year. Thanks Best Buy for the awesome price on such a quality product.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE/SUPPORT

I was pleased that charge on case seemed to last. Everything was working until I plugged them in to charge. No charging lights came on. When I attempted to reach out to skullcandy to troubleshoot the issue, I am unable to speak with anyone. Keeps telling me to visit contact.skullcandy.com. This is site I'm already on. Claims live chat available from 8am-5pm, but I'm unable to access a representative. I would give this product zero stars for customer service/support if I could. Will have to choose another company that is willing to offer help with troubleshooting issues going forward. Very disappointing because My earbuds lights still come on. Reason I would NOT recommends is lack of customer service/support!
