great sound and quality. Easy to use touch buttons. Easy to connect

Every time I pull these out of the case to use, they're dead. I have to leave the case open to charge the buds for a few minutes before I can use them. The Tile connection drains the case too quickly. Mic quality is poor. Music and movie sound quality is good. Changing between sound modes is annoying. Seeing how even some of the bargain earbuds have capisitive touch, I was surprised these had physical buttons that you have to press pretty firmly in you ear to operate... Time to find another pair of earbuds ...

Husband loves them! They can get in paired to one another, watched a YouTube video and fixed it!! Got these for 25$ Black Friday sale! Awesome buy!

The headphones are great but can't be used when you are exercising. The case can be charged and when you put your ear buds inside, sometimes the case will charge them.

Purchased 2 sets of these headphones, I like them but sometimes they connect while in the charging case. Good buy if you're just using them to talk.

Found these on Deal Of The Day so figured I'd try them out. Very happy with the audio quality and the sale price. Would recommend to a friend.

Way better then the jlabs i got last year. These also link to your phone so if you lose them itll play a noise so you can find them and uses a tracker.

Only connects to one device at a time so you can’t connect to your computer AND your phone. Nor is there any quick switch option. Skullcandy support is unfriendly and unhelpful

Good comfortable entry level "ear plugs" wireless headphones. Worn for longer period of times (1hr +) and still comfortable.

Good, cheap wireless earbuds. Bought for more active stuff so I don't have to risk my galaxy buds getting scraped up. Don't stay in my ear as well as I wanted but overall good.

I purchased these and used them very seldom. I was pleased that charge on case seemed to last. Everything was working until I plugged them in to charge. No charging lights came on. When I attempted to reach out to skullcandy to troubleshoot the issue, I am unable to speak with anyone. Keeps telling me to visit contact.skullcandy.com. This is site I'm already on. Claims live chat available from 8am-5pm, but I'm unable to access a representative. I would give this product zero stars for customer service/support if I could. Will have to choose another company that is willing to offer help with troubleshooting issues going forward. Very disappointing because My earbuds lights still come on. Reason I would NOT recommends is lack of customer service/support!
