Very good inexpensive earbuds.

She has been very satisfied with them. The battery life is absolutely astounding. Takes a little learning curve to fit them correctly, but once in, she says they are comfortable.

Bad latency and just will not charge properly

The sounds was pretty good, and the price was great for BF. They would not hold a charge. If you left them in the case, they were still apparently burning through the battery, so you had to remember to reset the earbud and let charge before you used it. I returned and tried another pair, but same issue. The second pair was even worse though, because even though I would let charge in the case for an hour, the right bud would last about 5 minutes and then tell me battery low (even though the battery said 100% on my phone). On top of all of this, I wanted it to use for my computer for telework meetings. The sound was great, but there was a lot of latency. Watching YouTube videos of people talking was very noticeable. It wasn't as bad when using with phone, but using with a Mac was quite distracting. Best Buy was great though and honored returns. I have bought a lot of headphones/bluetooth headphones from them, and their protection plan really is worth it as well! Will have to do some research and look for another brand.

It is super easy to connect and set up to your phone or computer with bluetooth connection. The deep into the ears make all noise stay away. It fit perfect and i can enjoy my favorite music, movie or anything im watching on my phone, tablet or computer.
