    I was constantly dealing with technical issues with these headphones. Eihter having them equally balance the sound throught left and right ears. Then i couldnt even bariely hear anything. The volume was incredibly low. I eventually lost my patience with them and threw them away. A complete waste of money.

    I bought these less the 3 months ago and only occasionally wear them when my galaxy pods are dead. Now after putting them on after only a few times worn the left ear pod refuses to stay powered. When i called your store you kindly told me to get over it and you said you wouldn't replace it. You guys have horrible customer relationship with a guy who spends thousands every year with you.
