We aren’t sure why. So we exchanged them for the exact same set, and they have been going strong for over a year. My husband uses them everyday, and he loves them.

Most comfortable airbuds I've had

Even survived the washing machine on accident. Only complaint is it fell out of my ear onto pavement while running and the back opened. That earbud now lasts much shorter on charges. I still recommend!

Or after being charged i try to use them and after 10 minutes they say it is at 10% then when they are in their case they connect by them selves. Do not buy

Right earbud issues.

The sound was great - when it worked.
