Very good buds, reasonably priced

Would be 5 stars, but occasionally they have trouble pairing with each other and have to be put back in the battery case to "reset". Small annoyance, other than that, they're great.

TRASH Plus terrible Company Support

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.ABSOLUTE TRASH- Upon getting these I followed the directions to connect and my Samsung Galaxy S20 was showing "app needed to use". I installed the Tile app and it was showing the same thing. I called Skullcandy support and they were annoyed at me, super condescending and never did figure out that somehow my phone was connecting to the case and not the earbuds for some reason. Anyway, I figure this out, used them twice where they tried to fall out 3 times while walking my dog and now battery won't charge no matter what. Now I get to pay shipping while already wasting my time on support making these cost over double what I paid for them.

Difficult to use

I don’t like this product at all, the battery doesn’t work for more than 2 hours, so disappointed.

Questionable quality on BT reception.

In ear design make it difficult for buds to pickup BT signal; w/ TV not more than 10' away and sound kept cutting in and out, basically unusable for that.

Junk Ear Buds!

The left ear bud will not accept a charge when placed in the case. It doesn't matter how long you leave it in the case or if the case is plugged in or not.

However, the only reason why it got a low review is that its not something I'd want to wear. It honestly felt like being in a plane and landing - the pressure build up.
