The only complaint I have is the same with any brand they don't stay in the ear all that great especially if your doing alot of moving around or chewing. I find if I'm cutting grass I have to wear something over my ears to keep them in or I'm definitely loosing one. But I still love them.

Do not buy

One of the ear pieces would not charge, so I sent the item back for a warranty replacement. However, the replacement had a problem with the same side ear piece and would not hold a charge again. For something I paid $20 on, I don't want to keep spending $5 every time I send it back. It would be fine if they worked, but if I am buying a broken product, I'd rather use my money elsewhere.

Bad product, do not buy

Within a few months, one of the earbuds will die more and more quickly and eventually be unusable. I followed the FAQ/help to clean and reset them and it didn't help. Even shipped back a pair (paid $11 more to have them sent) and the new pair I received developed the same problem. Ultimately not a good product. Wish I'd spent more on a single set of better earbuds that were functional/higher quality.
