Take this review with a grain of salt because the audio quality was perfectly fine for listening to music and phone calls, but these just didn't want to stay in my ears. They'd be secure for about ten minutes, but after a little moving around they'd start to feel loose and fall out. Made it so every 15-20 minutes I'd have to readjust by pushing them in to my ear so far I tickle my gray matter.

Failed and no help from Best Buy

One of the earbuds just won't charge. I actually bought two pairs, and this has happened with both of them. I reached out to BestBuy and despite the unusual circumstances won't do anything to help. Very frustrated and disappointed.

Not For the Elderly!

I thought she could use them and link them up to the Sony TV via the Bluetooth connection. It did work but she found them too small and difficult for her to use since she has rheumatoid arthritis in her hands, plus she didn't like the feel of them in her ears:( So, for her they didn't work out but if your hands are good and you don't mind the feel of them in your ears, they should be fine:)
