Left earbud quit working 3 weeks after I bought them.

I absolutely love these BUT the right one now dies after about 15 minutes of use even after charging. for AWHILE and I bought them back at the end of April. . The left ones still going strong.. Not sure if this is just a defect one or what.

The sound is muffled and bass heavy. Even after tuning with Equalizer, the sound doesn't feel balanced. Another headphone that has fallen into the "boost the bass" pitfall. We'll be returning the item soon. Fit isn't comfortable for prolonged use.

The right ear bud doesn't work now; prior it would only hold a charge for 20 minutes. Today, the left ear bud tapped out at 40 minutes. This after turning them both off and recharging overnight. Don't waste your money. These are only 33 days of use.

This product has some issues. I have returned and gotten a new pair that presented the same issue. One plug of each set has failed and no longer works.

Dont know if this is a random pair, but tried them once and continued to skip in out. Never tried them again. I will be returning them as soon as get chance. I've heard stories of some good pairs and some bad pairs. Unfortunately these are a bad pair.

Does not stay in ear: Never lose things and I lost one side within a matter of days due to the buds nots staying in. Makes it very difficult to work out comfortably. And the sound quality is not that great!

Best in class if you take price into account. And again Best buy makes it memorable. I was amazed by the quality of the earbuds. Battery backup is amazing

Bought these for my husband, he loves them. He uses them at the gym or while mowing the lawn. Would definitely recommend!

These things are terrible they're subject to Bluetooth interference under any condition. Absolutely do not buy. Every single step I take the audio cuts out I can't even imagine jogging with these terrible earbuds. Do not buy at all.

Love these ear buds. You can listen to both or leave one in the case and listen with the other ear when you need to hear what's around you.

This is delivered to the wrong address... I updated my contact /shipping address details before submitting the order, still I am surprise to see the items went to my previous address... kindly send the items to latest/updated address in the record..

Buds don’t hold decent or described charge time. Sound quality is below expectations as well,particular on the low/bass end. Final Matter is Best Buy suggested “see manufacturer” when attempted to return/exchange. Typical middle man distributor attitude.

Lovely one . I think its really good for everyone. I love it too much. And i thik its really good for everyone. Price reasonable. The product quality really good .

I bought this item in the store and when I got home 50 miles away I was missing an earbud... The reason I went to the store to belong with is i ordered 2 other items and was shorted there as well This has been a night mare

Yeah not really what I’m looking for. I have small ears so these are not working well for me. I will return them and try for a different style of skull candy :)

Defective, one earbud stopped connecting via Bluetooth 3rd pair that this has happened to. Will not be buying skull candy again and suggest the same to other consumers

Terrible! Had so many problems. They stopped working correctly two weeks after I got them and Best Buy informs me it’s already too late to return them. They offered zero help. I will likely not buy from this store again.

i havent been able to get them to work since i bought them. no matter how long i charge them the right side will not stay charged and only last a couple minutes before chirping saying low battery. dont waste your time or money

Unfortunately I had a bad experience the construction is solid the style is great and the plugs work even if they're both charging one or the other work unlike other systems were only with the right one works when they're charging. Now to my bad experience one did not retain any charge whatsoever it would completely be dead in under 10 minutes the other was perfect this made it useless as only one headset was able to be used for a long period of time therefore I returned the item. Luckily the item was purchased during Cyber Monday for 24.99. besides that the audio is clear no heavy Bass nowhere near compared to the $50 BeatX or the j labs professional.
