I purchased these and them came out defective, first time but I've never had a problem with any of best buy products. Got some new ones and they are perfect.

Girlfriend loves it.. i particularly like the tile feature and already has come in handy because she loses everything. These things work great.

Great for the price. They do kind of fit in the ear odd. Ive never had a pair of earbuds like this. so i think it might just take some getting used to.

It’s always weird reviewing audio products. Could you hear that they produced sound?! Fantastic, they worked! We’ll start here... if you’re on the fence, give these a shot, you won’t be let down. As for the brand itself, Skull Candy has historically been making mid-entry level products and have been a cool, budding brand. Nothing changed here. If you’re an audiophile snob, this may not be your cup of tea, but the general public will love these. Out of the box, the setup took about two minutes. You put the earbuds in the case, take them out, and setup the Bluetooth on your phone. No issue and real simple. The price comes with a 2 year warranty as well as Skull Candy’s own replacement program where if you lose a single portion or break a single portion such as the case or one earbud, you can send them back what you have leftover and they’ll send you a brand new set at a steep discount. Great customer service backing their product! The packaging comes with instructions, a USB charging cable, as well as small-large ear piece attachments. The default is medium size already installed, which should honestly fit most people, but if not, swapping out the attachments is very simple. The comfort level is solid, they are lightweight and snugly tucked in, pretty much not noticeable until you pull them out. Of course, these aren’t “noise cancelling” headphones but I was shocked at how little I heard of what was going on around me, which was a huge bonus. These are not only capable of playing audio but can also work with voice assistants like Siri and take calls. Holding a phone conversation in these were very clear for me and the person on the other side of the conversation. The battery on the headphones last about 4-5 hours before having to recharge. Gauging a full recharge is hard, I’d estimate 30-60 minutes but the first ten minutes of recharging provides about 2 hours of playback, which is fantastic. Even with that said, most people aren’t ever using their headphones for more than 7 hours in a row unless you use them for your entire workday or a very long flight. To charge, you simply put the ear pieces in their case and let it do it’s thing. Super simple and once the case runs out of juice, which happens every 5-10 uses, you just recharge the case with the usb cord that comes in the box. They’re sweat/water resistant which doesn’t mean much. You obviously wouldn’t go swimming with them, but you’ll have piece of mind knowing that you can sweat with them on during an intense workout and if it were raining, they wouldn’t fry. Sound quality is solid too. Again, if you’re an audiophile, this probably isn’t for you, but the general public will love it. It defaults to the “music” preset out of the box which seemingly just is default audio with a tad bass boost. There’s a “podcast” setting which drips the bass and raises the tenor so you can more clearly hear dialogue. Finally, there’s a “movie” setting which presents a more full sound. You switch between these by clicking the earbud 4x. Which leads me to maybe the only thing I wasn’t wild about with these... there’s about twenty different commands that the earbuds take through a combination of tapping both ear pieces, or just the left or right. Things like pausing a song are largely simple since it’s a single click. However memorizing all the controls would be way too hard and even simple stuff like powering the headphones off wouldn’t register properly and suddenly I’m skipping songs. Even reading the instructions shows multiple functions have the same controls. The whole thing is pretty head scratching. In the future, they need to implement beeping in accordance with your touch to let you know how many clicks you’ve made on the headset or how long you’ve held down the appropriate button so that you can adjust accordingly. In the mean time, I’m just guessing I tapped the right amount, all taps/holds registered and that my request to raise the volume won’t just restart the song I’m on. Overall, frustrating touch controls aside, these are a great pair of wireless headphones that are much better than the competition in the wireless earbud game *coughapplecough*. I’d recommend these. Learning curve of the touch pads aside, know that you’ll be satisfied by the quality, the warranty, the blocking out of background noise, the ease of charging, the weight, and the look.

Always been a fan of Skullcandy. The audio is great. The size is perfect. And the built in Tile hardware makes them easy to locate if I ever misplace one.

These headphones are great for the price that you are paying. You will have to make adjustments so it fits well else you will end up dropping these a lot.

Ear buds stopped charging after 5 months. Filed a warranty claim which requires shipping at your own expense. New set of ear buds stopped charging in 1 week. Have repeatedly emailed customer service and been ignored.

I really enjoy the product I bought this a little while ago and they still work like Brand New. Most times they are very comfortable as well.

These were great while they lasted. The right no longer holds a charge and just shuts off after about 30 seconds. And the left only lasts for about 3 hours tops before it needs to recharge. I’ve had these for 4 months....

My daughter loves her new ear buds! They come with different size padding which is great because most are too big for her and end up hurting her ears.

I loved these but they stopped working fast. I even exchanged them bc they were within the window and the second pair eventually did the same. I’ve problem solved everything imaginable and nothing works.

I love the way Skullcandy gives you color options. I see everyone with white and black Galaxy Buds and Airpods so this is a nice cheaper alternative.

These have been the best earbuds I have purchased this far. I have accidentally gotten both of mine wet and they still work.

- Unfortunately, these never worked. The case lights up but the earbuds do not charge, despite attempting to clean contact points, re-adjust, etc. - Attempted to return, was informed I was outside of return window.

I bought some of these for one of my daughters at Christmas and she said they were great so I bought 2 more pair for myself & my other daughter

Total disappointment. They started out great, but 2 weeks into using them and they were in and out. One ear stopped charging andbthe other ear had static. Glad I bought at black friday price but still a huge waste of money

They were great while they lasted. After 2.5 months the left earbud quit charging and working altogether. Luckily they have a warranty and I got a replacement pair. So far so good on this pair.

I’d love to review this item but I bought it for my boyfriend and he broke up with me before I could tell if it was a good one lol
