I got them replaced quickly and easily through skullcandy warranty support. The replacement failed. Currently waiting on another replacement. When they work the connection is good. The sound is ok at best. Background noise on phone calls is horrible. Bass is not great either.

Fits and have not had any issues with buds falling out of ears. What I love about this is the battery life. I have it in at work while loading and unloading trucks. 5 hours is overkill for me and then when you put them in the pod which holds another 17 hours you can go easily multiple days of not even plugging it into an outlet. Phone calls come in nice and clear, base and tremble at least to me sound just right as well. I have used them also while jogging and they hold up great to sweat and getting wet. Very impressive all around. For me it has made a usually boring day at work into something I now look forward to between music or audible listening.
