    These started off great but they soon fell apart. Not very well built. Both pairs i bought did the same thing with different users.

    I bought 2 for $50 and it was a bad deal. Within a few months, one of the earbuds will die more and more quickly and eventually be unusable. I followed the FAQ/help to clean and reset them and it didn't help. Even shipped back a pair (paid $11 more to have them sent) and the new pair I received developed the same problem. Ultimately not a good product. Wish I'd spent more on a single set of better earbuds that were functional/higher quality.

    The sound is full and rich. Connects easily. Take them out of the case and they are ready to go. I have used these with my phone, watch, my work laptop and my gaming laptop. Connection is painless. Back to the sound, I wasn't expecting much from these headphones, they are comfortable and again the sound from them is full and the bass is nice and rich. Connectivity for charging is through micro usb and no wireless charging, but for the price, it makes perfect sense. Definitely would recommend these for the bass and fullness they offer for the price.

    I'm sure these are a decent product, but my wife couldn't get them to pair with her phone so we took them back.

    Only lasted 9 months. One earbud blinks like the charger box went out the other earbud does not work by itself.

    Do not buy unless you only want to use one bud

    Bad, They look nice and Decent size. But they do not hold a charge. when fully charged the right one would be drained within 5 mins of use. One time I charged them for 3 days straight and the case never would let me know if they were fully charged. But come on 3 days that should be more than enough for the headphones to be charged. Anyways even after the whole 3 days of charging the right one would drain like always I had to return these. Never again.

    Was happy the first couple days but then realize it’s hard to keep a charge after first initial use but for the price I really can’t complain at all

    I was very excited when I purchases these earbuds. After thoroughly researching the product on the internet I decided that these were for me and at a terrific sale price from Best Buy. Got them home and began by charging the earbuds using the supplied charging caddy. After 9 continuous hours the LCD indicator lights never advanced indicating the buds were charged. Sadly I returned the in-ear headphones missing out on a great sale.

    Fall out of my ear all the time. The sound and video are not always in sync. Cheap headphones. You get what you pay for on these ones

    I have always had a great experience with this brand, but only with the wired earbuds. The Bluetooth ones are just awful. The right earbud died out and no sound was playing after only a few days of use. I exchanged them and the new set was just as bad. They keep losing signal and the sounds comes and goes. I will exchange for the last time and hope the third time will be a good set if not. I'll want my money back
