    They worked great at first but now my right earphone dies within ten minutes every time and doesn’t seem to want to charge.

    Ok In-ear headphones. Stopped working after a couple of months. The sound quality is also ok, not good.

    I ordered two pairs of these earbuds for my teenage children. Both pairs will no longer hold a charge after only three months of use, and the Best Buy return window is only 30 days. Very disappointing. My Son has owned Skull Candy headphones over the last few years and been very pleased with them, but I recommend you avoid these earbuds at all costs.

    I was not expecting to like these as much as I do! I've had them for about a month and really only have good things to say. pairing was super easy and they connect super easily between all my devices. they stay in my ears, have great sound quality, and are also the only good earbuds I've found in such a pretty color. the battery life on these is amazing too! I find that charging the case takes about an hour, and then through a bit of daily use they last me between 1-2 weeks without recharging the case. even with phone calls, video watching and music they can last for 5-6 hours on one charge. I like that you have to actually press a button to use the features, because with earbuds with touch controls on the side I found myself pressing the buttons on accident when I was adjusting the buds or moving my hair. they do appear a bit big even in my large ears, but it's easier to grab the buds and press the buttons that way. the controls took a bit of getting used to but I feel confident in using them now. the bluetooth range is great as well and the sound stays just as good from 30 feet away. the only thing that I think is worth mentioning is that when you go to hang up a phone call or skip a song through the buttons, they make a very loud and irritating beep. I get it's to signify the function worked, but if you're sensitive to those noises I would just be aware! however, for the earbuds only being $65 with all their other amazing features, I think they're worth grabbing your phone (or taking them out of your ears) to skip a song or end a call.

    The battery is supposed to last 4 hours. It does not even last 2 minutes!! As soon as I take them off the case (which is fully charged) I get the "battery low" warning, then they turn off a minute or two later. When I tried to return them at the store I was told they were still in warranty from the manufacturer and so they could not accept my return. What a joke!

    These are awful. Should have returned but of course too late now. They dont hold charge very well at all and dont last long when fully charged. Case has to be open to charge, not very convenient. I will be buying a better brand and never consider buying anything skullcandy agajn. Thought they had better products.

    Serious flaw

    Bought these in Cal, sister bought a pair in another state cause she loved the color. Both pairs suffered from same defect--the left earbud would never charge. After full 24 hour charge the left bud would die in less than 5 minutes. Right bud was fine and useable but left was seriously flawed. There is a serious issue with these earbuds and it's nation wide.

    Left bud did not work have to send back just cannot take back to store other's work just fine

    Disappointed in how long the battery lasts. Earlier couldn't get them to hold a charge then it seemed that I had to make sure the charging contact on the buds were really good. Sometimes I'll get an hour and a half or 45 minutes. The left always dies 10 minutes before the right

    These wireless headphones never held a charge despite several attempts. Finally, returned them. Beware that Best Buy doesn’t accept returns online after 15 days. I had to drive to the nearest store—an hour away—to return these headphones for store credit. I will purchase electronics elsewhere in the future.

    Disappointing as I have always enjoyed skull candy ear buds. I have always found them to have good sound both in and out. With these wireless buds, I like the fit and style of them and I hear the callers well, unfortunately for them, I sound muffled and the surrounding noise is easily amplified and distracting to callers.
