    I am not able to hold them in my ear. I don't know why I have tried all of the sizes.

      We would recommend perhaps giving our other products like Push Ultra true wireless earbuds for better fit and feel.

    I loved the look of these headphones online so I was SUPER excited when they arrived. I charged them all day to make sure they were ready to use and they never charged and still don't to this day. I am able to use them for about 5 minutes before they die. They are also pretty bulky so they don't stay in my ears very well.

    Save your money and go with something else. From the beginning my wife had issues with these. From not holding a charge to not charging at all to charging when they felt like it. She also had problems with them cutting in and out when her phone was in her pocket.

    I purchased the Skull Candy Bluetooth ear buds 3 months ago and one of them loses it's power and turns off after about 3-5 minutes. I keep them charged on a regular basis. They should last longer than 3 months. They are no longer returnable, according to bestbuy's website, so that sucks!

    First time purchasing and I cannot believe that they only lasted 3 months! Never dropped them, nor water got to them. Followed the instructions. The left earbud stopped working completely. Incredibly disappointed because I can't even exchange them for ones that work.

    Short but Sweet

    I got these during Black Friday a year or two ago for around 25 dollars, which was a steal. I personally have never used any high-end earbuds before, only freebie ones, so to my ears, these sounded perfectly fine. Nothing stood out as being bad, and I could enjoy music perfectly fine. But then, at the same time, I feel the same way about the sound from the earbuds I got with my Nintendo Switch CASE. But after a while of use, I noticed that they started to not like charging. I would put them in the case, and I would have to wiggle them to get them into a position to be able to charge. I don't know if I just abused it too much or maybe it just doesn't like me. But one day, I put one bud in my ear to listen to music and everything just sounded... muffled and broken. Like it sounded like the earbuds you would get at the Dollar Tree. I tried the other bud and it was fine, but just one side seemed to have completely lost the treble. I have no idea how it's possible, like maybe there's two drivers in each bud and one of them died or something, but now I can't enjoy my music without noticing how one side is softer and different from the other. But it was nice to use while it worked I guess.

    these are the best ear buds, never had problems, no issue to charge them, loved the color, its been 4 years and I still have them

    Only lastes a year, not worth the money, they also fall out of the ear very easily. Good conectivity, battery doesnt last long and sound is just ok.

    They honestly worked great, but then all of a sudden the left ear stopped charging and there is absolutely nothing that can be done to fix it. I love Shull candy but after this I don't think I would buy their brand again.

    Didn’t work the left ear bud. I contacted the seller but I was no satisfied with the solution they gave me so I went to Best Buy and change it for another different and I am ok with the new one from another seller. Maybe I just had bad luck.

    Sound was so so, but biggest issue was I dropped one on hard wood floor. It broke into 2 pieces. It appeared that each ear bud was 2 pieces snap fitted together, no glue. Also, when the pieces separated, the thin wire to the speaker broke.

    Skull candy defective out of the box

    I was sent a product that didn't work, out of the box. Given the option to return by mail or in person, wouldn't sent a printed label. No option as to whether or not I wanted the product replaced. I doubt I would ever purchase from you again.

    This is a good, bad, ugly type of review. Good: small, wireless, fits good in ear, easy to charge and holds charge while not in use very well, charging case is a bonus with about 2 full charges of power available for earbuds. Bad: hard to set up as you can use them separately or together, which means of you only use one, the other will not be able to be used for stereo sound unless you return the other to the case and get it to sync again. I had to set up each earbud individually to get it to work in stereo. Earbuds do not fully seat in case with a simple drop. You need to make sure they are fully down, or else you will not be charging them (even though case is closed). Ugly: The sound is ok, but not good. The highs are not really there and bass is no where to be hear. The mids stand out the most leaving you with a stereo mono sound. Also several frequencies will cause the sound to pop as it can not fully produce that sound with other sounds at same time. therefore listening to action, symphonic or rapid changing sound structure will not be enjoyable. So if you need earbuds for your small kids to just hook up for long trips or do simple soundscapes on a app, these will work but not for music, lectures, or anything that needs a full spectrum of sounds to be heard clearly. Worth the price? sure, but not if your preferred mode of entertainment goes beyond audio books.

    From 1st day it’s not charging when I using it says lo battery. I have very poor experience with this product I don’t have box now I don’t know hot to return this item without box Please advise me I have purchased 2 years extra warranty
