I can use just one (I get to pick which one, L or R) or both. Sound quality is great for me; voices are clear & crisp on audio books; music sounds good, bass isn't distorted. Easy to learn, use, or keep/print the cheat sheet. Tile helps to find a lost earbud. Stylish color choices! Good battery life & rapid charge (10 minutes = 2 hours). My favorite: Skullcandy's lost earbud replacement program! Only con: I have small ear openings & these will go in MOST of the way (using smallest ear cushion). If i move my head too fast they will fly out...but this is the best fit I've found. Tried lots of others that didn't work even with the smallest ear cushions. I can't really blame them for tiny ears though.

The sound is crisp and they're comfortable. I have small ears and use the smallest bud attachments. I have yet to go running in them to test how well they stay in place during physical activity, but I don't see there being a problem. I have experienced zero connection issues (charging case or bluetooth) and the case hasn't been charged since I got it the buds the first of Dec 2020 (case holds charge VERY well). Also, It came with a card to tell you how press the buttons to get different results (stop, play, pair, etc). Pretty straight forward. I purchased one as a gift for a teenager at the same time and she's had no issue. My boyfriend has owned a pair for about 6 months with no issues which is why I chose these.
