Try others buds

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The buds are good on the sound but the buds don’t changed in the case unless the buds are still in the case and even then they will come on in the case by itself and messing up phone call when just using the phone and try to return them buts it’s non returnable others wish the buds are ok as a gift.

Poor design but decent audio

This was the third time that it slipped out. The earbud is also somewhat bulky and can feel uncomfortable at times. I should have known better and just returned it but the audio was great for that price point. Won't buy it again.
