I would not work out with them. They do not stay in your ear well enough for more movement than walking. The quality of the sound is good and the charge life of the buds themselves is good. The case charges them without the need to plug it in which is a great feature.

Usually buy over ear headphones

I usually buy over ear headphones, which are often bulky and cumbersome, decided to get in ear this go around. I like them but the sound is flat, these are not noise canceling but do in themselves quite the outside a bit. I like the fact there are different size earpieces they charge pretty quickly and hold a charge for what I need, for the money I think they’re decent.
