The sound was good and they stayed in my ears with no problems. Second day, the left bud refuses to turn on. Tried going through skullcandy's help center. Will be returning

Little uncomfortable. Right cut out

The right headphone wood cut out if my daughter would walk more than four feet away from me. We usually would go on walks during this pandemic and listen to audio books. That's when it would either cut out or we have to switch sides so that the speaker had direct line of sight to my phone. I returned them and got jlabs
