So I purchased another pair because had fell in love with them and never had an issue with them. Overall great earphones!!

not happy they failed....

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.actually as I'm in Mexico one friend of mine will make me the favor to try to return as they failed, after some days of use all was good but they start to fail, one of them just start to shut off even when they're full of charge, sometimes is one of them and sometimes both, so I'm thinking to better try to get my money back, in the next few days one of my friends will make me the favor to take them to the store in San Diego, CA with the receipt to try to get the reimbursement of it, thanks for sending me this review to rate think it'll work better this way so I would have a support... thx! MIKE
