After a few months, the buds get hot after 10 minutes of using them.

No noise cancellation... Every time I took a step I could hear it in my ears....

Worked fine, but the other piece dropped and didn't work anymore.

Too big and bulky - They kept falling out of my ears. Had to return.

This was my 1st purchase and I was so let down. Samsung is the way to go!

when i used them phone calls the person at side was unable to hear my voice.

I started out purchasing these, and within 15 minutes was RETURNING these. They supposedly pair with any smart phone. Wrong. Couldn’t get them to pair with my brand new iphone xmax. Went back inside store, and the associate helping me couldn’t get them to pair with my phone either. Don’t waste your money.

These kept falling out of my ears, so I gave them to my granddaughter.

Bought these and hooked them up but the right ear bud was distorted and could barely hear anything out of it. I contacted skull candy and they were no help as they want me to pay for shipping when they sold me a terrible product. It’s disgusting and will never purchase these again

First impressions of these earbuds are that they are very nice and high quality. They have a nice feel to them and seem to be very sturdy. This goes for the charging case as well. The buds snap right into the charger magnetically. The case closes using a magnet as well and that closes with a nice snap. I popped these out of the case and they went into pairing mode and I immediately paired them with my iPhone. I started listening to the Hamilton soundtrack and I was pleasantly surprised. They sounded very nice. Great highs and not too much or muddy bass. They are well balanced and do not distort. I really enjoy listening to music with them. I then snapped them back into the case and decided to plug in the case to give it a full charge. I left it charging for a few hours and was ready to listen again. The left earbud was dead. I was completely dead. I tried everything I could but it did not do anything. I placed both buds in the case and only the right charged. When I took them out only the right turned on. I was very close to calling it. I was ready to take them back but decided to give them another shot a day later. I plugged the case back in to charge and all of the sudden the left earbud started to charge again. I fully charged the case and both earbuds stop lighting up indicating both were also charged. I popped them both out and they both turned on. Thank goodness. They have been working perfectly fine ever since. Not sure what the original issue was but not I am skeptical every time I pop these earbuds in and out wondering if they will die on me again. I think these earbuds work well, I just cannot trust them yet. The sound is great and they are very high quality.

Overall I thought these ear buds performed reasonably well . The 3 hour battery life, the occasional dropped connection and the delay in lip sync maybe problematic for some. Fit: The Sesh ear buds are totally wireless and mount in the opening of your ear. There is no ear hook so all the support and comfort of the fit relies on the way the silicone end piece fits in your ear canal. Three sizes of end pieces are provided and after a little testing I found one that fit well enough that I could move around without fear of an ear bud falling out. Setup: The directions provided with the Sesh are not very intuitive. I ended up going to the website where better directions are provided. The ear buds come in a very nice case where they are magnetically pulled into the charging position. On the outside of the case there is line of led lights that show the battery level. Each ear bud has a small LED on the side to show you when its charging and when its pairing. The ear buds go into pairing mode as soon as you remove them from the case. I found that this was the best way to pair them, if they did not pair properly I would just reseat them in the case until the red light came on and then I would remove them and try to pair them again. Usually the ear buds paired quickly but there were times where it took a couple of attempts. There are extensive directions on the web site to address any pairing issues. Functionality: The ear buds each have a single mechanical button on them that are used in various combinations to do everything from changing the volume to answering the phone. If you plan on using the ear buds for control expect to spend some time memorizing the commands. Secondly because of the fit the only thing supporting the ear bud is your ear so when you are pressing a mechanical button it can be annoying to your ear. I tested the Seth using my Ipad, Laptop and Samsung phone. I was able to pair with all the devices and go issue free within about a 20 ft space. Beyond 20 ft I would occasionally get drop outs but once I was back within range the ear buds would sync automatically. I was also able to connect with Siri, Ok Google and Alexa with good results. Sound Quality: The ear buds provide the sound quality I would expect at this price point. No they don’t have booming bass or crystal clear highs but they do provide reasonably good sound quality. The overall sound performance will depend more on the quality of the music you stream and the equalizer – player program you use. Given good music to play I believe these ear buds can deliver. If you are using these to watch YouTube or a streaming movie expect to see some lip sync delay. It wasn’t the worse I have seen from wireless ear buds but its definitely there.

Bought these to use on zoom meetings. Only one side works at a time if they connect at all (even after multiple troubleshooting attempts) and the sound/mic quality is horrendous. I went to return them but best buys return policy is only 2 weeks. Stuck with them now.

The earpiece worked fine in one ear the other one never came on.

I normally enjoy everything I buy, even if they have some slight defects. However, these are just not worth it. The sound that came out of these sounded like some earphones that you buy at the dollar store. Not worth the price. I returned them and bought some JLab ones.

They consistently fall out of my ears when exercising. Small and easy to lose. Only one came in the box when I received it the manger at the store would not give me a new pair Every thing at Best Buy is over priced and can be found cheaper from other merchants on line.

Like to fall out of my ear and lose single. And stop charging.

Good product for price, not very good battery power.
