I have not been disappointed with this purchase. My wife loves the wired headsets and just got a new phone and had to switch to the newer USB-C type and she is pleased with the comfort and the sound quality.

I have only had them for a short time, and the cord, at first, seemed cumbersome. I quickly got the "hang" of it, and now I am fine with them and feel like I will have them around for a long time, to enjoy.

The 2nd pair has worked much better and sound is decent.
