Purchased 11/27/2023. No longer working 1/30/2024. Found wire near the plug was cracked. Was used indoors and carefully. Really expected it to last longer.

Sister needed a simple pair of headphones for work and this was perfect for her.

Opening the Skullcandy Set USB-c sport earbuds, I find the wired earbuds, 4 extra ear gels and the manual. I’ve been using wireless earphones and/or buds for quite a while and I didn’t expect much from a set of inexpensive wired ones. I must say I’m pleasantly surprised. The sound is good with a decent amount of bass when you properly place the ear gels in. The better the seal with your ears, the better the bass. I didn’t know if the buds would work with my Moto G7 play, but I plugged them in the USB-c slot in the bottom of the phone and they worked great. I tried several music streaming apps and they all sounded very good. The control on the earbud wire is limited to pause/play, next track and taking/making calls. Being able to adjust the volume would be nice, so you don’t have to access the phone, say during a workout. That said, the phone function works very well. Incoming calls are loud and clear, announcing the Moto ringtone and with one click of the control, I’m connected to the caller. Also, with a single push, the earbuds stop playing music from the app and once I chose to use Google always, I’m able to voice command a call to anyone on my contacts list. I’ve yet to figure out how to hang up a call with the buds, but most calls will hang up as the caller ends the call on their end. So, if you’re looking for an inexpensive set of ear buds that have good sound, look no further than this Skullcandy unit…that is if your phone has a USB-c slot, and it plays audio through it.

They stop working after using them in less than a month. Probably because they couldn't take the wear and tare from just being in my pocket while doing daily activities.

Great product, works with my android phone and great price

In trying out different headphones, especially with a OnePlus 6T, there's always a hit or miss when it comes to usb-c headphones. Believe it or not some headphones don't work and I am glad that these work and work at a good price. Skullcandy has always been a backup headset for me when my in ear bluetooth headsets run out of juice. This works well and sounds fine for my usage in calls and music. The boxing is normal fare with the different sized ear pieces to custom fit your ear canal. Minimal paperwork but I do wish the offered some sort of pouch to carry them in when not in use. I just do not like wrapping them up around the device. This in the long term can damage the cords, but for the price I guess I can give this a pass. Would I recommend them? For android phones, especially for OnePlus devices yes! But these still remain a backup device for me where I can personally find earbuds that sound a bit better to me.

These were ok. the ear attachments are a bit odd, but I needed it and this worked. Not my favorite pair, but a good backup.
