Skullcandy earbuds are a great buy. The quality is good for the price paid.

Have purchased several SkullCandy headphones in the past year. They offer solid, rich sounds for the prices paid--don't expect Bose sound for the price you're paying, remember that you get what you pay for. That being said, I've had two pairs of this style where the earbud has separated from the wires. This is partly a user error, but I will state that in both incidents, less than 5 lbs of force was applied (earbuds wrapped around a cell phone in a back pocket, separation occurred as the cell phone brushed against something in passing). I rate 4/5 because as long as you provide care in using these, they will last just fine. But their delicacy warranted a star deduction.

I've tried other non expensive earbuds and these are the best. I typically lose the earpiece because they fall off easily but I've had these Skullcandy buds for over a month and they are still intact. The sound is decent. I have not had any reception issues.

At 14.99 these earbuds are a great deal for the price. Great sound and bass with decent noise cancelling make these a nice choice for the casual user. Also the microphone is decent too with minimal distortion when making a phone call. Great product overall.

My daughter uses these headphones with her iPad and iPhone and really likes the sound.

These earbuds cancel out other noise really well and the microphone is very clear as well.

If you don't need to go all expensive this is the way to go for good long lasting quality!
