My only complaint would be that the button is designed to do certain actions depending on how many times you consecutively click it - the button itself is kind of stiff and hard to get the right amount of clicks in at a time.

I've never had any complaints about the sound quality. Get the best buy warranty. These ear buds stop working after about 4 months. The warranty is 2 years and costs about $10. Definitely worth it if you use you ear buds a lot.
