I didn't want to spend too much money but also didn't want to sacrifice quality. These headphones were well within my budget and they sound great.

Sound quality isnt amazing but they do have some decent range with good low bass during shows or music. They definitely stay in your ear comfortably for hours instead of most of these type of headphones. I would definitely recommend them if you're just looking for an all around decent pair that you don't worry about breaking in 6 months.

So when my old earbuds died, i figured "why not, I'm already in the market and they're just like any other ones". I'm glad I was wrong. All the hype about Skullcandy seems deserved. Im surprised by the Low end tones that I didn't realize I was missing before. For the heck of it I even tried to see if I could get the distortion I get on some songs when playing at higher volumes or full blast These earbuds handled it without any noticeable static (too loud to keep them in lol). These earbuds definitely surpassed my expectations...a little more expensive than the 8.99 cheapos but definitely waaayyy less expensive than some of the other name brands.

Powerful earbuds!

They are comfortable, somewhat noise- cancelling, and powerful (nice bass and range). I've never owned a Skillcandy product but am very impressed with these!
