    The cords are really heavy and pull the buds outa your ears and the neck peas dosnt stay on your neck and slides off

    Got these for my boyfriend as a gift and worked with our Galaxy s7 and now we have the Galaxy s9 plus and they will not connect at all! Extremely bummed and felt like a total waste of money considering I bought a longer warranty so that if they broke he could have them replaced since he works construction.
