I purchased these in 2016. They still work. The only downfall is when I am running. While running, the neck cord tends to fall back. These ear pieces are soundproof. I purchased a second set in 2020 because my dog chewed this first set.

As much as i love Skullcandy, i would have not bought this if only i did not lose my LG Wireless Tone Pro. Because i love their headphones (especially the vibrating bass on the crusher) i thought of giving this a shot. The design of the collar didn't felt that comfortable like the LG Tone Pro, maybe because the wire was too long when i shove the earpiece on my ears. As for the sound, its average, i felt that its inferior compared to my old set. I only used it a couple of times so after a week, i exchanged with for the Powerbeats 3.

I had these for a couple weeks and the battery life went from 6 hours to 3 hours i really like the sound but what's the point if the battery sucks

It does everything , I thought they would do. Great quailty.

These headphones sound awesome. All around great headphones.

I was looking for a wireless headset and I've tried Skullcandy before, these didn't disappoint, so far so good.

My sister always goes through headphones, we decided to try some wireless ones and she absolutely love these!

Highly recommend these headphones for an everyday user. Bought these for my kid and he loves them!

So far they are working out really well, although I wish they had a battery life longer then 6 hours.

I don't recommend. After one month, the main function button (skull button), which powers it on/off, doesn't work anymore so now it is useless.

I found these half off at my local store so I figured I’d have an extra set. These are terrible. The connection distance is only like 20 feet and it will start to crackle, unpairing and going to another device requires you to unpair and then turn back on, other devices just reset, this requires an extra step. The blue light on the back is CRAZY bright, so if you want to listen at night or laying in bed, you will light up the room, and lastly, the headphones don’t have magnets on the buds to keep them together. I’ve had Apple BeatsX which are hands down the best and cheap Soundpeats. These are easily the worst. Not even worth the half price I paid. They’ll definitely be my backup pair.

Seems to work well. great to not have a cord getting in the way.

These were good headphone for about the first four months, then all of a sudden they would no longer turn on. Battery life was also not great.

I've tried 3 pairs of the Skullcandy Smokin' Buds 2 and none lasted more than a couple of weeks. They would shut down on their own and/or I would not be able to power them off. When they work, they sound great.
