The included carrying case should have been left out, as it's a cheap plastic one. Since I'm prone to leaving headsets in hotels or on airplanes, I don't want to spend $90 on a set, but wish there was a middle ground between cheap and expensive...

Low quality

Poor positioning caused the unit to lay too high against the side of neck, directly under my chin and just in the line of fire to be sweated on.
