Can not recommend

The earbud barrel came apart at the seam .We tried to exchange them ( Proof of purchase was on our member card) but were refused. Apparently we missed the Christmas return deadline. After spending a LOT of money on large appliances and just this Christmas a Kitchen Aid mixer and a car stereo , we would have expected better customer service. We will not be shopping at best buy again.
