Great until upgrade iPhone

Doesn't pair,Often stops playing and the handsetvwill play loudly creating some embarrassing situation. Have contacted the customer service via email who suggested all the stuff anyone will do anyway such as unpairing and pairing and was asked to call their call centre which took 16 minutes to speak with anyone who actually patronized me suggesting I needed to unpaired once again, reset the device,charge on wall outlet for 24 hours and try again.of course it also didn't work. Email again by no reply so went direct to the trash bin.

Sound okay but feel super cheap

They are a cheap, hard plastic with no padding anywhere except the ear cups, and the ear cup padding is very stiff. As a wearer of glasses I found them massively uncomfortable and chose not to wear them after the first 20 minutes of the flight. They are sitting in my carryon bag but I will probably donate them to charity since they were so unsuitable.
