Volume and other control buttons are difficult to operate because they are hard to feel when the headsets are on my head.

These are great headphones. The only reason I did not give them a 5 star rating is that the soft pad comes off too easily and is difficult to put back on.

Great for music.. no good for Bluetooth, or for gaming. Not built for 360 sound, and even with some of the 3rd party boom mics, it’s really not good. If your using it for gaming, get something else… For music, it’s great. The noise cancellation is crazy good. Make me a little disoriented in fact.

I got this pair of headphones because my wife was complaining how her earbuds kept falling out. The problem now is keeping the kids from borrowing them!

First off, the sound was great and I loved the noise canceling button/quality. The biggest issue was the screws that hold the head band together. The plastic around both screws broke/cracked within the first few months. I used super glue when the first crack appeared, then more as the cracks spread. It went to both sides and after adding tape (when pieces started to fall off) I just dealt with it. At the one year mark I realized I had bought the warranty and Best Buy gave me my money back with zero issues. Make sure you take the charge cord with you or they will charge you around $15 (I just had them take the replacement pair’s cord. They worked the entire time and sounded great, the 2 stars is due to the design flaw. My sister had the same problem and returned her’s within a month.

We had difficultly with this product from the start. Not sure why but the blue tooth would only work from one side on an apple 8 phone. Then we used a hard cable pretty much ever sense. It worked with the cable. I am not aware if btooh works on it. Does this mean all of them are bad, I dont know. I have been happy with Skull candy in the past. Sound: Sound was good to above average.

They're awesome, unfortunately I was looking for workout headphones and just didn't work for that. The sound is great though, if I needed them for home or office.

Skullcandy - Venue Wireless Noise Canceling Over-the-Ear Headphones - White As you can see by the description I ordered the white ones, I received the black ones. This in no way effects the functionally of the headphones, I just wanted the white ones. The voice used in the headphones is a female British voice. These headphones come with an instruction booklet that explains practically nothing. Basic functions is all you get from the booklet. I went online to find a real manual and again, nothing. I did find a YouTube video that was a little over a minute long that explained more about functions than the booklet. Ok, so enough about button confusion. Functions first. The buttons are easy to find with your fingers. They have plenty of separation and tactile feel so you know what you’re pushing. On the left side the headphones have a row of lights showing power level when first turned on. A power/pair button, an ANC button. On the right is the charging port, the audio cable in port (this is odd because most headphones have the audio cord on the left side), volume down/up and a button between them that serves several functions. That center button will pair another device to the headphones, answer a call, and bring up your phones assistant. The internal MIC is also on the right side. They also can be combined with tile so you can find them when lost. There seems to be no app available to control them so you’ll be using what you have installed to change the sound. There are a few Skullcandy apps online. You may want to try one of them but none are just for these headphones. The sound of the headphones pushes just a bit on the high and mid range, but does so without missing out on the bass. The noise canceling adds just a hint of hiss, kind of like the old tape hiss. And just like tape hiss it’s gone as soon as something is playing. You can press the ANC button while something is playing and it mutes the music about 50% and allows in outside noise so you might be able to hear or answer someone. The stated battery life is 24 hours. I used them for about 4 hours and did not notice any power drain. Something to note here, after 4 hours on my head my ears hurt. They are tight on your head. They seem to be made for small children’s heads. I expanded the headphones out all the way and just let the ear piece keep them in place, that helped a little. I would ask that you put them on your head for a few minutes in the store before you decide to buy them. If you’re very active then them being tight on your head will be a benefit to you. They come with a zippered hard case, a 4 foot charging cord (not one of those 1 foot ones), a 4 foot phone audio cable, and the manual. No power adapter is supplied but they will charge from any normal phone charger or computer USB port. For the price point these are great headphones. Just keep in mind how tight they are on your head. They may loosen up a little over time. The build quality is on par for the price point.
